- Each tablet contains: Acetaminophen 500mg, Dextromethorphan- Hydrobromide 15mg, Chlorpheniramine Mealeate 2mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg

Directions for Use:
- Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 tablets every 6 hours. Maximum daily dose: 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Elderly: Take 2 tablets every 6 hours. Maximum daily dose: 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Cautions/Do not use if:
Do not use if: you are allergic to acetaminophen, phenylephrine, dextromethorphan, chlorpheniramine or any of the ingredients. You are taking or have taken in the past 2weeks, drugs called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). You have a chest infection, worsening asthma or severe respiratory problems.
